This is one handy, bringalong kind of knife, just about as handy as a good folder. This can go with you all the time.

It's handy, quick, and the blade profile cuts like you always hoped a knife would. The grip doesn't squirm on hard cutting, but works with you. It's an all around excellent knife with a handy, usable, concealable sheath that fits too like you always hoped one would.
