The knife is flawless... The wait is even favorable if the need to chop arises. The Chili handle is very ergonomic and sized right to control the knife. The sheath is the only down side, it's bulky and not fit to the knife; also the knife and accessory pouch are not very secure at holding them in place... The knife is top notch though...

I PURCHASE THIS KNIFE ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO AND NOT ONCE HAS THE KNIFE LEFT ME DOWN. ALTO THE KNIFE MIGHT SEEM TOO BIG FOR SOME IT WOULD TAKE ONE SINGLE DECISIVE BLOW/STAB TO END ANY CLOSE QUARTER ENCOUNTER, THAT IS IF THE OPPONENT DOCENT BECOME DEMORALIZE & RUNS AWAY FIRST BY IT'S AGGRESSIVE LOOK.I HAVE USE THE KNIFE IN THE STATES CENTRAL & SOUTH AMERICA AND USE IT TO PRY, CUT BAMBOO,CHOP WOOD, BUILD SHELTERS IT IS VERY PRACTICAL EASY TO CLEAN. ONLY WISH THE SHEATH WAS BETTER DESIGN FOR IS BULKY AND IT GETS STUCK WHEN IN HIGHLY BRUSH AREAS, BOUNCES TOO MUCH WHEN SPRINTING. RECOMMEND A MORE CUSTOM MADE SHEATH WITH BETTER ATTACHMENTS & CUSTOM FIT KYDEX LINER. OVERALL THE BLADE IS PERFECTION WELL DESIGN & ROBUST, NOT FOR A COLLECTOR BUT FOR A USER. I COMMEND THE MERCWORX BLADE DESIGNERS FOR PUTTING SO MUCH THOUGHT IN THERE BLADES. A MODERN TOOL WITH ANCIENT FLAVOR.
