Combat Vest:   5 Front mounted pockets sized to hold 3-30 round .223 cal, 2-20 round .308 cal, or 2-30 round 7.62X30mm magazines. The pouches themselves are rigid and made of double layer 1000D corurda with built in drain holes. Two pistol magazine pouches flank the outer mag pouches and will contain up to a double stack 10mm magazine, 40mmround or a variety of Surefire flashlights.   The magazines on the extreme right and left of the vest are fitted with grommets at the bottom and thumb strap at the top. This allows for the insertion of a Mercworx Vorax or Sniper blade to be carried on the vest. The kydex insert from either blades corresponding sheath can be removed and tied into the lower grommets on the vest. The vest has removable belt loops for attachment of an MW Duty or Riggers Belt. The rear panel and the sides of the chest panel have attachments that will accept MOLLE, ALICE, MALICE, zip ties or vitually any known attachment system. The attachments in the rear panel also accept the MW Butt Pack.   Shoulder straps are padded and made with 2 layers of 1000D Cordura®. Attached is a drag handle and other attachment points for the various MW products including the Camelbak pouch and Sniper Pack with routing points for hydration hoses, communication gear and radio antennas. The entire vest is positively buoyant when empty and near neutral when loaded due to built in closed cell foam. The vest can be trimmed down to a chest rig only when the removal f the should and rear panels and the application of optional non-padded straps. The chest pouch has an interregnal SAPI plate pouch with attachment points on the outer flap. Velcro covering the pouch flap allows for attachment of unit patches or other designators as well as push-to-talk buttons. The rear plate is held in place by an internal strap that allows for adjustment of differet size plates and has a pull feature to allow the plate to drop from the bottom.   The rear plate carrier has MOLLE compatible webbing covering the entire surface.
